✅ We strictly follow all CAAI (רת"א) and IAA (רש"ת) safety and operational guidelines.
🚫 Flying over the audience is strictly forbidden.
📝 All required permits must be submitted in advance.

FLYING-IN PROCEDURES & STYLE PILOT
A - Will be distributed a week before the festival
PILOT WELCOME CENTER
A - The Rosh Pinna airport terminal will serve as a gathering place for air crews
It is located dozens of meters from the parking areas. There is a place to rest, hold briefings, and drink.
B - The transition from there to the ground part is done on foot.
AIRCRAFT PARKING & CAMPING
A - The aircraft will be directed to appropriate parking bays by the control tower.
B - Aircraft that will be on display to the general public will be moved to runway 05/23 and towed by ground crews.
GOOD WILL DAY - FLY A KID WITH YOU
On the final day of the festival, October th, we will provide flights for children on volunteer-operated planes. Each flight will last up to 15 minutes. The festival staff will select the children, prioritizing those who have faced significant challenges in the past two years. Registration for volunteer pilots will be announced later.
Let’s Work Together - Aircraft Registration
Title
Aircraft registration is intended to certify and regulate participating aircraft and raise the level of safety above the required level.
In front of each participating aircraft of any type, a sign will be placed indicating several data points about the aircraft, for the purpose of explaining to the audience.
A "beauty contest" will be held among the aircraft, with prizes.
Registration will be conducted in English and Hebrew.
Payment
I hereby transfer a payment of 101 shekels intended for signage and exhibition equipment.
This payment will not be refunded if I choose to cancel my participation.
This payment will not be refunded if the festival does not take place due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers.
In this case, the sign will be given to the owner of the tool for his use.
Payment is made via PAYPAL.
Owner's Declaration
The aircraft I own is fit, in good condition and complies with all Ministry of Transportation regulations and other mandatory regulations required by law.
The aircraft I own is third-party insured.
It is hereby clarified that if the aircraft does not comply with Ministry of Transportation regulations or other mandatory regulations, its participation will be disqualified, and the aircraft will be removed before or during the festival.
I undertake to bring the aircraft at the beginning of the time window that will be determined with me.
I undertake to vacate the aircraft at the end of the time window that will be determined with me.
